One of America’s favorite wellness destinations, Lake Austin Spa Resort, is bringing back its “A Gathering of Wise Women” program this fall. Timed with October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this initiative empowers women through education and open mental, emotional, and physical health discussions. The program will feature experts covering various topics, including mindfulness, stress reduction, holistic nutrition, and healthy relationships.

“When we first introduced ‘A Gathering of Wise Women,’ it was a pioneering program providing a safe space for important wellness discussions,” says JoAnn Lenhardt, the resort’s General Manager. “Now more than ever, there’s a need for these safe spaces to discuss crucial issues affecting our bodies, minds, and lives.”
