Say hello to the new Bardō! Formerly Bread Bar, this beloved Burlington spot is back with a fresh new vibe, a bold new look, and a farm-fresh menu that puts local ingredients front and center.
Led by Executive Chef Cameron Bell, Bardō is all about one thing: Good Ingredients Matter®. From duck confit pizza to chocolate banana bread pudding, every dish is crafted with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients you can taste in every bite.
The newly reimagined space—designed by the creatives at II BY IV DESIGN—is warm, welcoming, and made to feel like your home away from home. With over 100 seats inside and a sunny wrap-around patio, it’s the perfect place to sip, savour, and soak in the Burlington buzz.
The summer menu features delicious dishes, including Roast Chicken and PEI Mussels, as well as fan favorites like the Umami Burger and Bee Sting Pizza. On the drinks side? Think sustainable wines, local brews, creative cocktails, and refreshing zero-proof sips.
In a rush? Bardō to Go has your back with fresh bread and pastries, homemade soups, sandwiches, and hand-crafted beverages—ideal for picnics by the waterfront or lunch on the fly.
“We’ve grown with Burlington over the years, and Bardō is a love letter to this amazing community,” says Aaron Ciancone, CEO of Pearle Hospitality. “We’re excited to share this next chapter with you.”
