Temecula’s Spa Pechanga’s Mane Campaign returns this October for its 10th year, inviting anyone with long hair and a big heart to donate at least eight inches to support cancer patients. Participants will receive a free haircut and style at Spa Pechanga, and their hair will be used to create wigs for those who’ve lost their hair during cancer treatment. Donation appointments are available every Monday in October from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., starting on October 7. Donors will also get a voucher for a free haircut and style at Smith Hair Salon in Temecula.

Pechanga partners with Hair We Share, Paul Mitchell The School Temecula, and Smith Hair Salon to make the campaign a success. All donations go to Hair We Share, which provides free wigs to those with cancer and other medical hair loss conditions. As a bonus, Pechanga will donate $50 for each hair donor and enter participants into a raffle to win a Pechanga Getaway package, including a two-night stay, spa passes, and a $200 dining credit.

This initiative coincides with Breast Cancer Awareness Month, highlighting the importance of hair donations for cancer patients. Since its inception, the Mane Campaign has collected over 650 ponytails, with each wig requiring five to six ponytails. Pechanga has long supported the Susan G. Komen Foundation, donating over $835,000 to the cause.

To participate, make an appointment by calling (951) 770-8501 between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Don’t miss this chance to make a difference!
