Victoria, British Columbia’s The Oak Bay Beach Hotel, home of the Boathouse Spa & Baths, celebrates its seventh annual Winemaker’s Dinner Series, launching with Orofino Winery on May 31, 2023. The series will feature a collection of both local and internationally renowned vineyards, wineries, and estates. Each dinner showcases the best of each winery, paired with a seasonally inspired menu created by Executive Chef Kreg Graham.
The Hotel invites you to experience personal and refined service in the breathtaking oceanside setting of the Grand Lobby, with the elegant accompaniment of a live pianist. The evening will begin with a welcome glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, followed by a five-course tasting menu. Inspired by fresh and local fare, each dish will be prepared by the Oak Bay Beach Hotel’s Executive Chef and culinary team. Alongside every course will be a perfectly paired wine, poured by guest winemakers, representatives, and/or winery owners.
“We are hosting some of the best international wineries alongside some of Canada’s own top producers to celebrate our seventh annual season,” says Christian Sealey, Director of Food and Beverage. “Each dinner features a truly enchanting winery, paired with an inspired menu, as our property offers the perfect backdrop for the evening.”

Doors open at 6:45 pm and the welcome begins at 7:00 pm. Seating is limited to 35 guests, with a minimum purchase of two tickets required. Advance ticket purchases are mandatory. Ticket sales will not be available at the door. Tickets can be purchased online here.
