Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, a AAA Four-Diamond destination in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, is introducing a fresh initiative, the “Year of Wellness” program.
“The Grand Geneva Resort and Spa is committed to providing exceptional wellness experiences, a trusted destination where our community and hotel guests can unwind and recharge,” said Thor Holm, Grand Geneva’s Spa Director. “Our customers expect new and innovative solutions in today’s fast-paced world, and the resort’s new wellness offerings feature a range of competitively priced options to suit individual preferences, goals, and interests.”
The new treatments include:
- Theragun Elite massage therapy improves performance, decreases muscle fatigue and soreness, reduces tension, and improves circulation and recovery.
- Recovery Air Jet Boots compression treatments apply precise pressure to create a safe true negative gradient from the feet to the heart and back again, which is essential for maximizing circulation and recovery.
- Assisted Stretching services. Grand Geneva’s fitness and spa professionals have come together to develop sport-specific routines to enhance performance, range of motion, and recovery by taking guests through a guided and partner stretching program. Guests begin the appointment with an assessment and end with the same test to show progress through the session.
The resort has unveiled the “Recovery Zone,” providing enhanced spa and fitness treatments designed to support muscle recovery and overall well-being. This includes Theragun Elite massage therapy, Recovery Air Jet Boots compression treatments, and introductory stretching classes.
The resort will host wellness events throughout the year that are open to the public and feature experts discussing health topics. Upcoming events include a Recovery Program Launch Party, a session on CBD, and an exploration of acupuncture. For more information and reservations, call (262) 249-4750.
Grand Geneva’s WELL Spa + Salon also offers a range of spa treatments. At the same time, outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy various fitness classes and activities like skiing, hiking, biking, rock climbing, golf, and swimming.
