Trained in the art of classical French cuisine, Chef Lukas’ journey into the culinary world began unexpectedly but grew into a career marked by dedication and innovation. His 12-year mentorship under the esteemed Chef Boban Kovachevich at Harrison Resort and Spa shaped his style, instilling a profound appreciation for nature’s bounty, sourcing ingredients from fishermen and ranchers to foraging in the forest. This is evident in his favourite dish, beef bourguignon, epitomizing his culinary approach – versatile and timeless.
At Treetop Tapas & Grill, Chef Lukas aims to introduce an elevated dining experience, focusing on local ingredients to create dishes that are not only delicious but also tell a story.
